AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DAVENPORT, PROVIDING THE VACATION OF ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY, CITY OF DAVENPORT, WASHINGTON.
SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION
This ordinance vacates the easterly eight feet of 10th Street from Morgan Street north to the alley adjacent to the 100 westerly feet of lot 6 of Block 18, Timmons Addition to the City of Davenport. The property is more commonly known as 914 Morgan Street.
