DAVENPORT — A phone that triggered an automatic crash notification was located near Maxwell and Fifth streets on Friday, July 24, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records. Deputies responded to the area after the alert.
The device belonged to Stacia Patterson of 901 Maxwell St. and was returned to her the same evening, according to the records....
