Notice is hereby given that Barr-Tech LLC is applying to the Washington State Department of Ecology for coverage under the General Permit for Biosolids Management.
Biosolids from multiple regional wastewater treatment facilities are received and composted at Barr-Tech LLC’s Composting facility, a permitted biosolids composting facility, located at 9117 Kallenberger Rd. N., Sprague, WA 99032 and sold to the public as an unrestricted general use soil amendment....
