Newspaper staff to receive awards

EVERETT – The Record-Times news staff will be recognized Saturday, Oct. 3, for work produced from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026.

On Monday, Aug. 17, the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association announced the recipients of awards to be presented during the organization’s annual meeting and banquet in Everett.

Managing Editor Olivia Harnack and journalists Byrne Bennett and Derek Bilodeaux are among the award winners, as are graphic artist Michelle Van Diest and Owner/Publisher Roger Harnack.
