Arraignment continued again

DAVENPORT — An arraignment for a man charged with possessing a stolen vehicles and firearms was continued Tuesday, Aug. 25, after he asked that his attorney be present.

Erich Hans Urbat, 43, appeared in person before visiting Adams County Superior Court Judge Peter Palubicki on Aug. 25, court records show.

Prosecuting attorney Ty Albertson appeared for the state. Public defender David Hearrean was listed as counsel, but wasnot present.
