ODESSA — Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1 (Odessa) commissioners authorized up to $30,000 on Thursday, Aug. 27, to replace Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center’s water heater.
Chief Executive Officer Jim Parker said the 119-gallon tank is 10 years old and showing error codes. It does not keep water hot in the west wing.
Staff recommended a 200-gallon tank and upgraded plumbing. Parker estimated the total cost at about $30,000....
