ODESSA — Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center has a permanent chief nursing officer as of July 26.
Vicki Polhamus had been serving in the job on an interim basis. Chief Executive Officer Jim Parker told the hospital board Thursday that an earlier packet date of Aug. 26 was wrong.
Polhamus’s report listed open registered nurse and nursing-assistant shifts, a 17-person waiting list for long-term swing care and one empty long-term bed....
