ODESSA — The state Department of Transportation ordered Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 2 (Odessa) to remove a hospital sign west of town.
Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center CEO Jim Parker said Thursday, Aug. 29, the sign was on the left side of the highway and that the agency now requires it to be on the right.
The hospital is looking for a new legal location. The landowner is willing to have the old pole and concrete taken out, Parker said....
