Theft trial continued

DAVENPORT — A Spokane woman facing charges of theft and identity theft will be tried Oct. 28 after the case was postponed.

Danielle Breann Corbett, 35, of Spokane, appeared before Judge Adam Walser in Lincoln County Superior Court for a Sept. 1 readiness hearing.

A Sept. 23 trial date was postponed after Public defender David Hearrean said he is still awaiting records he requested in July, court records show.

Prosecuting Attorney Ty Albertson did not object.

A readiness hearing is now set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 6, with trial scheduled for Oct. 28....
