Urbat pleads not guilty to charges

DAVENPORT - A man charged with possessing stolen vehicles and firearms as a convicted felon pleaded not guilty to four counts Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Erich Hans Urbat, 43, appeared before visiting Adams County Superior Court Judge Peter Palubicki, who heard the case by video, in Lincoln County Superior Court.

Urbat previously filed a notice of disqualification for Lincoln Countuy Superior Court Judge Adam Walser.

Urbat faces two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle, both Class B felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine each, and two counts of second-degree unlawful poss...
