DAVENPORT — A man wanted on Lincoln County warrants was picked up at a Spokane County jail on Wednesday, Sept. 16, after that facility finished with him on its own charges, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records.
Lukas Kipkorir Chirchir, 24, of Spokane, was transferred from Geiger Corrections to Lincoln County to face charges of driving under the influence and third-degree driving while license suspended.
Bail was set at $20,100....
