Reckless driving complaint closed

DAVENPORT — A complaint that a pickup tried to force another vehicle off the road in downtown Davenport was closed the same day with no traffic report needed, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records.

Timothy Joseph Hillyard, of Davenport, called deputies about 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, to report a red Ford F-350 dually was trying to hit his vehicle and run him off the road near First and Second streets on Main Street, according to sheriff’s office records. He said it was an ongoing issue with the red truck and other vehicles and asked to be contacted by a deputy.
