AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, CITY OF DAVENPORT, LINCOLN COUNTY, WASHINGTON
SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION
This ordinance vacates the easternly eight feet of 10th Street from Morgan Street north 100 feet to the alley adjacent to lot 10 of Block 18, Timmons Addition, Davenport, Washington, which is parcel #0310018002000. This vacation shall end at the point where 10th Street currently meets the alley ROW, without crossing in the alley ROW.
This ordinance repeals and replaces Ordinance 1214 in full.
