Commissioners approve union agreements
DAVENPORT —Lincoln County commissioners approved 2027 health insurance terms for two employee unions Monday, Oct. 19.
The agreements set how much the county pays toward monthly medical premiums starting Friday, Jan. 1.
The terms cover Local Nos. 1254 and 1254-CH, both part of the Washington State Council of County and City Employees, AFSCME. They replace agreements approved last year.
Under the agreements, the county will pay $1,205 a month for employee-only coverage. It will pay $1,605 for an employee and their spouse and $1,400 for an employee and their children.
