Spokane residents sought in thefts
DAVENPORT — Warrants have been issued for two Spokane residents who failed to appear in Lincoln County Superior Court to answer to theft charges.
Superior Court Judge Adam Walser issued warrants for the arrest of Tanda Dee Miller, 48, and Melvin Alpheus Gillespie III, 56, in two separate cases Tuesday, Oct. 20.
Miller was scheduled to be arraigned on a charge of second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission in a case originating in Sprague.
Gillespie was scheduled to be arraigned on a charge of first-degree theft for allegedly stealing a city of Davenport lawnmower.
