    DAVENPORT – The Lincoln County Commissioners placed a moratorium on new licenses for commercial marijuana growing businesses in the county during its meeting Wednesday, Feb. 18. The moratorium passed with unanimous consent and is effective for up to six months, with an option to extend.     DAVENPORT – A date has been set for a jury trial in a case of alleged mail theft. According to documents filed with the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, defendant Leora Guery, 37, Moses Lake, has a court date for a jury trial of April 8, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in Lincoln County Superior Court.     DAVENPORT – The Lincoln County Public Hospital District #3 board of commissioners confirmed recently elected board member Donna Reinbold and voted to appoint Andy Schreck for a vacant at-large position last January, according to hospital Communications Director Carey Guhlke-Falk.
