    DAVENPORT - One Fruitland woman was killed and a Fruitland man was injured in a one-vehicle crash six miles north of the city on State Highway 25 Tuesday, Aug. 15. Melinda S.     DAVENPORT — A Reardan man charged with second-degree murder of a baby posted a reduced cash bond and will live with his sister while awaiting trial. Jordan Mills-Jay, 29, posted a $1,500 cash bond out of Lincoln County Jail following a court date Tuesday, Aug. 15 in which presiding judge Gary Libey of Whitman County agreed to lower his bond from $150,000 to a $15,000 surety bond, which equates to $1,500 cash.
