    ELLENSBURG-A Davenport native achieved a goal she's had since she was 12 years old over the weekend. Bailey Nachtigal, 25, of Rocklyn was named Miss Rodeo Washington 2023 at the annual pageant Sunday, Oct. 9. Janelle Hein has been hired as an office specialist for The Record-Times and will be here four days a week helping to serve clients and the community.
