    DAVENPORT — A Fruitland man was killed Saturday, Sept. 7, in crash about 15 miles north of Davenport. Charles G. Keedy, 77, died of injuries he sustained in the 11:24 a.m. crash near Milepost 15 of State Highway 25 in Lincoln County. Next of kin was present at the time of his death. The Washington State Patrol reported that Keedy was northbound on the highway in a 2001 Buick LeSabre at the time of the crash.     ODESSA — A local man is being held in the Lincoln County Jail in Davenport after allegedly threatening to shoot another man, cut his head off and put in on a fence post.     PORCUPINE BAY — The National Weather Service has proposed raising its fees for camping, launching boats and other services at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area.
