A shade tree has been donated by the friends and family of the late Rex Gibson of Odessa. The flowering cherry tree was planted at the Twin Lakes campground by local Girl Scouts Mya and Natosha Boss (representing the Junior Girl Scouts) and Katreace Boss (representing the Brownie Scouts). Spring weather in the daytime and winter weather at night seems to be the norm these past few weeks. Not quite ready to trade casseroles for salads, I tried a recipe for Asparagus-Tuna Casserole.
