Jacob DeWulf is the son of Mark and Peggy DeWulf and a senior at Odessa High School and plays on the Titans high school boys basketball team. Coach Schuh chose DeWulf as athlete of the week because he has been a force defensively leading the team in rebounds and blocked shots. His offensive game has improved so much as well and he is averaging about 11 points per game....

The Odessa School Board met January 22, initially in a workshop meeting to discuss policies, then in their regular monthly meeting.
