Braun gets DeKalb Award

Mackenze Braun, an Odessa High School senior, received the 2011 DEKALB Agricultural Accomplishment Award at the annual chapter FFA Banquet on June 2. The highest agricultural honor bestowed by the FFA, the DEKALB Agricultural Accomplishment Award is sponsored by the Monsanto Company.

Mackenze is the daughter of Steve and Mandi Braun. She received the award for excellence in academics, leadership and agricultural work experience.
