Margie R. (Jeske) O'Neal

Margie R. O’Neal died November 2, 2011 at Lincoln Hospital in Davenport, surrounded by her children. Marge was born on September 4, 1939 in Irby to Charlie R. and Ruth (Kissler) Jeske. She was the second daughter, joining her sister Shirley Ann. Marge received her formal schooling at Odessa schools. She was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church.

Marge was known to family as a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Clifford O’Neal of Creston; three sons, Rick A. Haase (Jim Terry) of Ogden, Utah, Bruce D. (Cindy) Haase of Odessa and Joel C. (Michele) Haase of Moses Lake; six grandchildren, Bryce, Brady, Wyatt and Kaden Haase of Odessa and Austin and Makenzie Haase of Moses Lake; a cousin, Galen (Graycen) Pavliska of Spokane, whom she considered a brother, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie (1996) and Ruth (1994) and her sister Shirley Ann Frederick (1982).

Memorial services were held Monday, November 7, 2011 at the Christ Lutheran Church in Odessa, with Pastor Tim Hauge officiating.

The family suggests memorials be made to either the Odessa Historical Society or Christ Lutheran Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Strate Funeral Home in Davenport.
