VFW Ladies Auxiliary announces April programs

The Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars welcomed a new member at their March 22 meeting.

The group will be visiting with residents of the Spokane Veterans Home at Northern Quest Casino Monday, April 9. Members wishing to go are asked to meet at 706 E. First by 8:15 a.m. or to meet the group at Northern Quest by 10.

The Ladies Auxiliary will also take advantage of Spring Fling weekend to hold a bake sale. The sale will be held on the sidewalk in front of New Image Salon Saturday, April 28, beginning at 10 a.m. Members are asked to have their baked goods there by 9 a.m. The sale wil...
