Mitt Romney's economic plan would favor the wealthiest, according to a new independent analysis by the Brookings Institution and the Tax Policy Center. The average middle class family with children would see a $2,000 tax hike, while the wealthiest five percent of Americans - including Romney - would get a tax cut of $87,000.
