LCSO deputy tops in class at law enforcement academy

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office recently had a graduate from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center complete the 720-hour curriculum. Deputy Jerad R. McLagan was recognized this past Thursday as the number-one cadet in class 686 basic law enforcement academy in Burien. Deputy McLagan achieved the highest overall score in all phases of the basic training.

“I am very proud of Deputy McLagan’s accomplishments and look forward to him being part of our Lincoln County Sheriffs Office Team. He is a great addition and will serve the citizens of Lincoln County with outstanding service,” said Sheriff Wade Magers.
