Kramer Shutz has been named to the Dean's List at Carroll College for spring semester of 2013.
To be included on the dean's list, a student must recieve a 3.5 grade point average or better for the semester and take at least 12 credits. Kramer is a 2010 graduate of Odessa High School. His parents are Ken and LeeAnn Shutz....
