Front and center, members of the Odessa Quilt Club sell tickets to their annual quilt raffle during the Christmas Fest held in the community center.
Odessa's Christmas Fest last week Wednesday at the community center was well attended by folks from the town and the surrounding area. Each of the vendors attending the Fest donated an item to be used as a door prize. Entry for the door prizes was free, and the prizes were awarded throughout the day.
There were 284 entry slips for door prizes. Organizer Faye King said that it was likely that 20% of the people coming through the door did not sign up for a door prize.
