Area students at EWU and WSU get high grades

Eastern Washington Univ.

The Dean’s List at Eastern Washington University is released after every fall, winter and spring quarter. An undergraduate student who earns 12 quality hours and receives a GPA of 3.5 or better is placed on the Dean’s List for the quarter. If the student has placed a directory restriction on their records, the name will not be released for publication.

From Odessa, students on the Dean’s List are Mackenze Braun, Jacob DeWulf, Russell Haase, Justin Hunt Jared King, Hope Marshall, Zachery Schaal, Hannah Schmidt, Garrison Schmierer and Carley Williams.

Students from Harrington on the Dean’s List are Sidney Morris and Kaeli Shockley.

Washington State Univ.

An undergraduate is named to the President’s Honor Roll under either of the following conditions:

By achieving a grade point of 3.75 while enrolled in at least nine graded hours in a single semester at Washington State University, provided that the cumulative GPA is a 2.0 or better.

By achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 based on at least 15 cumulative hours of graded work at Washington State University, provided that the semester GPA is a 3.0 or better.

Area students on the WSU President’s Honor Roll are Brett Haden Larmer and Derek Joel Montgomery of Harrington, Stacia Rose Lesser of Marlin and Jacob Alan Tanke of Mohler.
