Final OTH window sponsors of month

It is with grateful hearts and appreciation that the Old Town Hall Rejuvenation Society and the Odessa High School chapter of Future Business Leaders of America can finally announce that all 41 windows have been sponsored for the Old Town Hall Window Campaign. The 22 upstairs windows previously ordered by Ramm Hardware have arrived and will be installed beginning in May or June with the help of the Odessa Lions Club.

People from across the country, as well as locals, submitted donations to sponsor a window. Many of the donations were in memory of loved ones who had fond memories of dances and parties at the Old Town Hall. A complete list of sponsors will appear in The Odessa Record in the weeks to come.

Harry and Evelyn McCartney and their family members Travis, Haley, Maddy, Tate and Treig Wagner are the final sponsors of the month. Evelyn grew up in Odessa as a Groh. The McCartneys met in Wenatchee in 1951. They currently live in Spokane. They are both retired, but Harry still enjoys skiing as an instructor at 49 Degrees North near Chewelah. Harry and Evelyn's granddaughter is Maddy Wagner, who is a co-chair on the FBLA community service project team.
