Criminal Sentencings
Benjamin Gunner Lassey, 29, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and to another charge of possession of marijuana or a non-narcotic with intent to deliver. Sentenced to 30 months prison for each charge to be served concurrently.
