Civil Judgments

The fine of $252.10 against Joseph R. Davenport, Odessa, for overpaid unemployment benefits, has been paid in full.

A judgement against CPOW Livestock Processors Cooperative Association has been issued for unpaid taxes in the amount of $4,551.71.

New Criminal Cases

Victoria Rain Matheson, 18, Keller, is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana in connection to an incident on Aug. 15.

New Civil Cases

The Sherwin-Williams Company is suing S & E Krueger General Contractors, Ember Block and American Contractors Indemnity Company, for $2,126.12 in unpaid supplies.

Mathew Ryan Jane, Omak, had his charge of driving while license is suspended dismissed, pleaded guilty to driving without an ignition interlock device, sentenced to three days in jail (all converted to 24 hours of community service), $993 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

Rebecca Jolene Yarnell, Reardan, driving while license is suspended, pleaded guilty, no jail, $343 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

Thomas Ray Everett, Davenport, has been found to have violated his probation, sentenced to three days in jail (all converted to 24 hours of community service).

Deanna Marie Pierre, Omak, driving without interlock device, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one day in jail (converted to eight hours of community service), $450 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

Christina R. Kowalsky, Spokane, negligent driving in the first degree, found guilty, sentenced two days in jail (credited for time served), $950 in court assessments, 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with mandatory ignition interlock device requirements as imposed by the state Department of Licensing.

Patricia Ann Kappen, Davenport, driving under the influence, found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail (credited for time served), $2,904 in court assessments, 36 months supervised and 24 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with rules and requirements of state Department of Licensing regarding installation and use of a functioning ignition interlock device.

John Levi Swiger, driving while license is suspended, $250 in court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

Chaise B. Zozaya, Cheney, Physical control, found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, $2,243, 36 months supervised and 24 months unsupervised probation, alcohol/drug evaluation and recommended treatment, DUI victims' panel, no possession or consumption of alcohol, marijuana or illegal drugs (monitored by random testing), comply with rules and requirements of state Department of Licensing regarding installation and use of a functioning ignition interlock device.

Martin Jacob Goodwin, Wilbur, two counts of domestic violence assault in the fourth degree, sentenced to 91 days in jail (all credited for time served), $465 in court assessments, 12 months supervised and 12 months unsupervised probation.
