June 8

A Davenport man reported an illegal dumping on an old junk pile.

An Odessa woman called and said her neighbor was yelling profanity at her through his house, saying this upset her and her children.

An Edwall man reported an abandoned black Jeep Cherokee just east of his residence.

A semi-truck turning onto the highway west bound ended up with its rear tires in the ditch, blocking west bound traffic and partially blocking the east bound lane.

A man advised that his ex-girlfriend has been harassing him.

A citizen reported a male sitting on the bench outside a Safeway wearing a medical band from Davenport Hospital that appeared to need help.

A woman requested that welfare check on her Medical Lake address renter, saying she hasn’t heard from him in about a week and advised he has multiple health issues.

A woman claimed that she had three car titles stolen around June 1.

June 9

A Davenport woman reported a semitruck driving at an unusual speed and swerving across the center lane.

A Davenport woman reported a 78-year-old man fell from standing on a hardwood floor and was bleeding from his hand.

June 10

A Davenport man called to say the post office won’t give him his mail.

A Davenport man called to report a man riding a bicycle west from 255 was swerving, nearly into traffic.

A man reported that he had two new scripts of morphine stolen off his coffee table.

A one car collision was reported. Vehicle reportedly crashed into a deer.

A caller called to say a door was open at the AG Link Plant off the Old Sunset Highway.

June 11

A suspicious vehicle was reported east of Schoonover Road in Odessa.

An Edwall man reported a traffic collision. Wilbur Fire was paged.

A Cle Elum man found an ID and credit card in the woman’s bathroom on a baby changing table at the Sprague Rest Area eastbound.

A Wilbur man reported a possible domestic situation at a residence.

A call came from the Lincoln County Hospital in Davenport reporting a male walking around the parking lot.

June 12

A Wilbur man reported that he’s been watching his neighbor’s house while they’re gone and there are packages on their porch that have been opened.

A Davenport woman stated that she received a fraud email and since then has received calls from the fraud line demanding money transfers whenever she opens her computer. The woman said she’s stopped all her cards and contacted her bank.

Tags of gang graffiti were reported. No location was indicated.

A 19-year-old female (no location indicated) suffered a generalized seizure.

A Spanaway woman said a male in his 20s was pushing his bike with a backpack being hostile toward property owners. The woman said she’s been seeing the male on Duck Lake Road since the end of March.

A Spokane man repored a non-injury two-motorcycle wreck.

Phase II Hair Designs in Davenport requested a welfare check, saying they had an elderly woman at the salon whose husband was late in picking her up. They said the woman was concerned about her husband’s well-being and requested a check be made at their residence.

A male who didn’t know his location called 911. When asked where he was he advised Fishtrap Lake, then either hung up or lost service.

June 13

A Creston man reported a suspicious vehicle.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in Sprague.

A Davenport man reported that his 5th wheel camper and the shed on his property was broken into and some items, including a fridge and lawn mower, were stolen.

A Sprague woman reported that unwanted people at the Chevron were trying to tell items. The manager of the Chevron wanted the individuals trespassed.

A Moses Lake woman reported that she thought her niece was walking down the roadway on SR 28 in Odessa and wanted someone to check on her. The woman said she had found out her niece wasn’t at home and was talking to a friend while walking down the road.

A Wilbur man reported a pickup truck with no plates at the gun club.

A suspicious male was reported outside Trader’s Express in Davenport. The male was reportedly asking customers for money and acting like he was under the influence.

Kelsy Lynn Peterson, 29, Kennewick, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of continued substance possession without a prescription.

June 9

David Thomas Elder, 42, Odessa, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of second degree assault.

Sage Thomas Elder, 22, Odessa, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of second degree assault.

Casey Ann Evenson, 28, Reardan, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of first degree custodial interference.

Charlene Able Patenaude, 36, Edwall, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of second degree assault.

June 11

Nicholas Berry Austin, 24, Spokane, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a two counts of third-degree malicious mischief, one count of unlawful imprisonment, one count of third-degree rape and one count of theft in the first degree.

Ignacio Abe Carranzana, 33, Cusick, arrested by the Kalispell Tribal Police on a charge of tribal detainer.

June 12

Austin John Martin, 21, Concrete, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of physical control.

Criminal Sentencings

Stormie K. Cook pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana on June 9. She was sentenced to 30 days in county jail and must pay $600 in legal fees.

David W. McCoy pled guilty to one count of first-degree theft, one count of money laundering and one count of identity theft in the first degree on June 9. He was sentenced to 12 months and one day in custody of the Department of Corrections and was ordered to pay $9,774.94 in restitution to Washington Trust Bank in Wenatchee.

Charlene A. Patenaude has been accused of second degree assault on June 10. She’s accused of intentionally assaulting someone with a porcelain cup. Probable cause has been found; suspect is currently in custody of Lincoln County Jail with bail set at $7,500.

Clinton J. Busby has been accused of third degree assault on June 11. He’s accused of intentionally assaulting a law enforcement officer while they were performing official duties. Probable cause has been found. Suspect has been summoned to appear in Lincoln County Superior Court. Hearing is set for July 7.

Nicholas A. Berry has been accused of one count of third degree malicious mischief, one count of unlawful imprisonment and one count of third degree rape on June 12. Probable cause has been found; suspect is in custody of Lincoln County Jail with bail set at $25,000. A temporary no-contact order is in place between the suspect and the victim.
