January 3

Traffic stops: 3

A Reardan man reported that a black Ford F-150 hit a power pole. The driver was out of the vehicle and awaiting a response.

A male subject wearing flannel was reported to be walking around and checking people’s mailboxes in an undisclosed location.

A caller reported someone drove to their mailbox and it was now knocked over. The caller said there was no mail in the box, but just wanted to report the incident.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to the emergency room due to vomiting blood.

A Davenport woman reported a mustard-colored Toyota pickup with bad lane travel heading east.

A Wellpinit man reported that he lost his keys and the spare was in his car.

Theft was reported.

January 4

Traffic stops: 6

Paper service was delivered to an Edwall woman.

A woman reported a court order violation through text messages with a man.

A woman reported that her husband took her phone and left. She said she has information on the phone that proves why her marriage is dissolving and he said he was going to get the phone fixed, but she thinks he took the phone and is going to delete said information.

An elderly woman was reported to be weak, nauseous and struggling to walk to her car.

A UPS driver reported that he delivered a package to an undisclosed location where no one was home, but a blue Dodge pickup was parked 100 feet away with an engine on fire. The driver said he saw flames, and advised there was a dog running around.

A call about a 66-year-old male who fell came from Speed Trap Tap House in Reardan. EMS was paged.

A non-injury two vehicle collision between a red 2016 Toyota Corolla and a white Ford Escape was reported to be blocking the road in an undisclosed location.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital for an appointment.

A Reardan man reported that a vehicle drove off County Road and through a field before driving onto his lawn. The vehicle was a Black Subaru with Idaho license plates. The driver was sitting outside in his car. The caller said he went outside and stopped him, and he was waiting in the driveway.

A black and white dog continuously running around the neighborhood with reports of past aggression was reported to be running around the block again in an undisclosed location. The caller believed deputies have given a warning to the dog’s owner about being fined for an animal at large in the past.

A Davenport woman reported she is the apartment manager at Cottonwood Springs and has been having ongoing mental health issues with a tenant, stating the tenant is beginning to become delusional.

A woman reported a scam call from people saying she had warrants for her arrest in Texas.

A woman reported that she was interviewing for a caregiver’s job at a home in an undisclosed location. She said she had two males with her and they were sitting in her van, one of which appeared to be messing with the tires and possibly trying to fill holes so they could drive the van.

A medical call for a 73-year-old female choking was made.

A Wilbur man reported a car horn had been going off for a while and two people were shouting. The man felt there was a possible domestic violence situation.

January 5

Traffic stops: 8

A Davenport woman requested that a deputy make contact with a dog owner at Rays Place, saying she has called in before about the owner’s three pitbulls and one German shepherd that have a history of being aggressive, running lose on Mill Canyon and Green Canyon Roads, killing livestock and deer.

A woman reported her partner, who was still present, hit her.

Lincoln County Public Works in Davenport reported road restriction violations.

A medical call for a 49-year-old male with a seizure was made.

A Wilbur man reported that a 15-year-old male was have a seizure due to a physical altercation with another juvenile.

A Grand Coulee Police officer requested a check on the Lakeview Terrace Area of 1900 Spring Canyon Road for a man with a felony assault probable cause warrant.

A Davenport man reported a collision between a gray Chevrolet and green two-door pickup pulling a flat bed trailer with scrap. The trailer lost debris and caused the caller to run it over causing a flat tire. When the caller approached the pickup, he said the driver took off eastbound on Highway 2.

A Reardan man reported dangerous dogs at large on the 100 block of East Railroad Avenue.

January 6

Traffic stops: 16

A Cheney man reported he saw a semi-box truck in a field north of Highway 2 near the scale house outside Reardan near milepost 263.

A woman reported that her land was damaged by her neighbor’s three pigs, which ripped up her lawn and sod.

A Davenport woman reported that her husband went to get meds from the pharmacy and said she was doing well.

A woman reported her abandoned residence has been vandalized over the past few weeks. She said windows had been shot out.

Deputy Lucas Mallon reported a Native American male on foot in the snow trespassing on a Davenport property on the 400 block of Sinclair Street.

A Davenport woman reported a vehicle got onto her tailgate when she was driving to the post office.

Assault was reported.

January 7

Traffic stops: 17

Two Lincoln County jail inmates were transported to Spokane to be placed on the Department of Corrections prison shuttle.

A Valley woman reported that there was an electrical problem at a nearby residence on Highway 395.

A lost Bassett hound was reported.

A black dog was reported lost.

A disabled vehicle was reported.

January 8

Traffic stops: 15

A Seven Bays man reported a vehicle was head on with him and he did not want him to get out of the vehicle and was very nervous and excited the man was there.

A woman requested a welfare check at her residence at Cottonwood Apartments to speak about erratic behavior displayed by her neighbor.

A broken down Ford pickup was reported to be partially blocking the northbound lane on Waukon Road that had a note stating it had run out of gas.

A Coulee City woman reported that a Deer Ford Explorer pulled into the credit union and caused a collision.

Theft was reported.

A woman reported a group of juveniles who had a fire were shooting firearms and were believed to be drinking alcohol on Cottonwood Creek Road.

January 9

Traffic stops: 25

A Lind man reported two cows around milepost 87 on Highway 21.

A woman requested a welfare check on her mother, who has dementia and lives in Sprague. The woman said she hadn’t been able to contact her mother for two weeks and said the man she lives with cut off the phone contact lines.

An Almira man said an old tenet showed up at his property unwanted.

A Davenport man reported that he hasn’t heard from his kids for a month and wanted to make sure they were okay. He said he was part of a parenting plan where he gets weekends and every two weeks and every Wednesday with the children.

A car/deer non-injury and non-blocking collision was reported on Highway 231 at Snider Road in Edwall.

A caller said a hitchhiker was walking close to the edge of the road wearing dark clothes on the west end of Reardan.

An abandoned vehicle was reported.
