The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office does not release names of individuals who report possible criminal or suspicious activities to dispatchers or alleged victims for this column.

January 24

Traffic stops: 6

A Wilbur woman reported she got a call from a private number with just breathing on the other end.

A Spokane man was cited for speeding.

Washington State Patrol reported a semitruck hauling roofing materials blowing off the truck and laying on the highway about 10 minutes east of Wilbur on Highway 2.

A caller reported two power poles leaning at severe angles north and south of Wilbur Road at Highway 25.

A Spokane Valley man reported a white sedan that was in a collision and partially blocking Highway 231 near Reardan Canyon at milepost 32.

A Coeur D’Alene woman said her 14-year-old daughter informed her of a friend that was telling her she was suicidal. Snapchat maps were showing a possible Lincoln County location.

A Lincoln man reported a traffic collision off Miles Creston Road.

January 25

Traffic stops: 7

A Reardan man reported a one vehicle rollover collision involving a Silver Ranger pickup on the west side of the roadway. The caller reported the driver was out of the vehicle uninjured.

A caller from an undisclosed location reported a teal truck headed eastbound going over 90 miles per hour.

A Harrington woman reported that someone filed for unemployment under her name.

A caller said two dogs came into his yard and attacked his dog that was tied up.

Spokane Tribal Police in Wellpinit said they had a sergeant who was almost hit head on by a vehicle on Highway 231 and requested a response.

MultiAgency Communication Center in Moses Lake paged for an ambulance for a report of a man who was run over or hit by a work truck and trailer. He was reported conscious and breathing.

January 26

Traffic stops: 19

An Edwall man reported a suspicious male wearing dark colored clothing and carrying something that could have been a stick walking east between the Williams residence and Waukon.

An agency assist with CPS was reported on the 28300 block of Bald Ridge Road North in Davenport.

A DUI was reported by Washington State Patrol.

A Davenport man reported a gold Camry driving erratically on Highway 2 from Jannett Road.

An Almira man said a small passenger car pulled into his driveway requesting assistance with fuel.

An Ellensburg woman requested a welfare check on her sister, who had been posting on Facebook that her boyfriend had been verbally abusive.

January 27

Traffic stops: 7

A Lincoln man reported a disabled semitruck.

A vehicle sliding off the road was reported in an undisclosed location.

A Spokane man reported a possible drunk driving traveling westbound.

Wilbur Schools requested a welfare check on two students.

A traffic collision was reported at Division and May in Wilbur.

CPS requested agency assistance to help relocate children living at a residence on the 800 block of Sinclair Street in Davenport.

A Davenport woman said her car couldn’t make it up a hill and that she was parking it at the bottom of the hill near a sandpit until she could figure out how to get it up the hill.

A collision was reported at Orange Blossom Hill by Miles Creston and Welch Creek.

A past theft was reported.

A Wilbur woman requested a welfare check on her father.

January 28

Traffic stops: 10

A caller on Euclid Road in Reardan requested assistance after being locked out of their vehicle.

A Davenport woman reported that the roadway is blocked and there was a truck stuck on Hart Road from Teel Hill Road.

Paper service was served on the 100 block of South 5th Street in Harrington.

A Reardan woman requested assistance after being locked out of her vehicle.

A Sprague woman reported that a large green truck with a “Punisher” sticker on it hit her car and drove off. No injuries were reported.

A caller said he received a phone call and a threatening voicemail from a man saying he lives in Davenport and had been scammed by someone on Amazon.

A Davenport woman said a big pickup struck her door and was unable to open her door.

A woman from Bridgeport, California reported a possible DUI.

January 29

Traffic stops: 5

A request for lockout assistance was made at Safeway.

A caller said he has a parenting plan with his ex-wife and said she wants to exchange their daughter with him for the week, but the daughter didn’t want to come stay with her father because she wasn’t comfortable.

Fraud was reported.

An Inchelium woman said a car ran her off the road.

A semitruck collision on its side off the ditch on Highway 25 at Porcupine Bay was reported. Johnson Family Towing reported the same collision.

A Selah woman said a big dark truck was pulling a grate around the block with some kids on it and said she was very concerned.

A man called to report that he had lost his two-year-old son.

A caller reported a possible DUI situation.

January 30

Traffic stops: 7

A caller reported a possible DUI situation with a car that struck a guard rail heading southbound on Highway 231.

A Davenport woman reported a driver in a silver Honda pickup possibly driving drunk.

A dog at large was reported.

A Wilbur man requested a deputy come and talk to him in the trailer in the Govan area. Someone called and left a message on his phone accusing him of doing inappropriate things with a young girl.

Ring Alarm Company said they were receiving a residential burglary alarm on the 16400 block of Jones Road East in Wilbur.
