1975 - 2021

It is with great sadness that the Carruth family announces the passing of Tonia Carruth, 45, on Feb. 15th, 2021. Tonia was born on Aug.21, 1975 to Eddie Dixon and Debra Chalmers in Talmage, Calif. Tonia decided to serve our country and went into the Air Force right after high school. She was an Information Management Specialist for the 92nd Air Refueling Wing at Fairchild Airforce Base in Spokane. During her tenure in the military, she received numerous awards and accolades and took part the Iraqi No-Fly Zone Enforcement Operations.

On April 24th, 1999, Tonia married the man of her dreams, Aaron Carruth. They were the perfect couple and had so much in common. They have two children, Dylan and Braelynn, who were her pride and joy.

Tonia was an amazing wife, mother and friend. She was so very personable, caring and she was selfless. She was one of the most thoughtful people you would ever meet. She loved spending time with her family and friends, had a good heart and she was so very fun to be with. She loved going on walks with her dog, Ruger and she liked being outdoors.

Tonia is survived by her husband, Aaron; son, Dylan; daughter, Braelynn; in-laws John & Karen Carruth; Ethan Carruth and many more relatives.
