ODESSA – There was no quilt show this year, but the Fronen Steppdecker, Odessa Quilt Club nevertheless held the drawing for the "Savanah Afternoon" quilt shown here. On Saturday afternoon, Kyle Tebow drew the winning ticket from a bucket held by club member Laura Estes. The winner is Mary Overmyre of Downs, Wash.

The 2022 quilt top is constructed and is on the way to be machine quilted, says Estes, and plans are underway to resume in-person quilt shows April 29-30 of next year.
