The public meetings held last week by the administration of Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center presented an opportunity for new CEO John Serle and new CFO Kimberly Dalrymple to inform the community about recent expenditures approved by the OMHC board, the recent departure of two well-liked "permanent" nurse practitioners and a chance to counter some of the wilder rumors circulating in town about conflicts between the administration and the staff.
