Superior Court Judge Barkdull recuses self from auditor case

DAVENPORT – Lincoln County Superior Court Judge Jeff Barkdull recused himself from presiding over a case against the Lincoln County Auditor’s Office and auditor Chandra Schumacher, according to court documents filed Oct. 22.
