Elaine Cronrath was born Sept. 25, 1933 to Frances and Walter Zellmer. Elaine died peacefully with family at her side early Saturday morning on Feb 19, 2022.

She grew up on their farm in Davenport. Elaine went to school in Davenport but finished her high school credits at Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, ID.

She married to the love of her life, Eugene Cronrath on Sept. 20, 1952. They met as kids. They raised their four children Jared (Gina), Mark (Kathi), Joel (Wendy), and Ruth (Dan) on the farm between Harrington and Bluestem.
