The garage-style door separating the two parts of the main floor room in the Old Town Hall is still awaiting parts that will allow it to be raised and lowered as needed.
ODESSA – Odessa FBLA adviser Terri King reports that, after long delays due to supply chain issues, new progress has been made at the Old Town Hall. Homer's Garage Doors is installing the new garage-style door, which was the primary focus of the renovation. The door does not open yet, because a few parts were not included. There is hope it will be completed soon, she says.
Zeigler Construction repaired and replaced the drop ceiling impacted by the project. The final phase of the project is to replace the doors and reinstall the trim, a project, which is now in progress.
