Candidates begin to register with PDC

Three candidates for Sheriff have announced their campaigns

DAVENPORT—The primary election is over four months away, but seven candidates running for office in Lincoln County this year have already registered their campaigns with the state Public Disclosure Commission.

Three candidates for county sheriff and incumbents for auditor, prosecutor and assessor had registered by press time.

Auditor Chandra Schumacher registered last Sept. 14, while prosecutor Adam Walser registered Jan. 11 and assessor J. Scott Liebing registered March 12. Opponents haven’t registered in any of those races.
