DAVENPORT – The Willow Ridge apartment complex and safe house for victims of abuse or violence may officially be transferred from Family Resource Center to Rural Resources in the next 30 days, Cruze Thompson and Ryan Berendsen of Rural Resources told the Lincoln County Commissioners Monday, May 2.

However, the 30-day timeline has been floated for months, commissioner Mark Stedman noted.

“We’ve been hearing 30 days since back in January,” he said.
