June 5

Traffic stops: 18

A panic alarm was reported going off at Cenex in Davenport.

A caller said she believed the bridge on Sunset Highway Road just east of Davenport could collapse.

A caller said her brother was following her, listening to her and getting a group of people to observe her.

A Davenport woman said an unwanted man was at her mother-in-law’s house on the 700 block of Marshall Street.

A car reportedly slid off an embankment on Highway 2 at milepost 253.

A Creston woman said her daughter was verbally harassed at the local school by a 14-year-old boy.

A possible overdose was reported in Odessa.

A caller said a woman showed up at Grand Coulee City Hall with lacerations on her face.

A white SUV in a ditch was reported at Old Sprague Highway and Lake Valley Loop.

June 6

Traffic stops: 4

A caller said her boyfriend was high on meth and threw a lamp at her.

A caller said he got in a fender bender outside a post office.

A Davenport man reported racing white pickups up and down Third Street.

A Davenport man said he found damage on his fence.

A caller said he was punched in the head inside Safeway in Davenport.

A Wilbur man requested a welfare check on his apartment neighbor.

A caller said two women and a two-year-old child were speedily driving ATVs around the Lakeview Trailer Park in Grand Coulee.

A caller said a car blew through the stop sign at the Cenex in Harrington going over 80 miles per hour.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence westbound in Reardan heading toward Davenport.

June 7

Traffic stops: 6

An Airway Heights woman said her car ran out of gas while traveling from Grand Coulee to Davenport.

A caller said a suspicious man came into the Corner Café in Creston.

A Davenport woman reported a four-wheeler being driven by a rider with no helmet near the intersection of Sixth and Merriam Streets.

A Davenport boy said he backed his car into another car.

A Davenport man reported an ongoing issue with a suspicious person and vehicle.

A caller from Odessa Memorial Hospital said a dark sedan had been seen driving up to multiple cars in the hospital parking lot and parking next to them with the bass playing loudly.

A Davenport man said there was a tire in the westbound lane of Highway 2 entering Davenport on the bridge at milepost 251.

June 8

Traffic stops: 5

Washington State Patrol said a possible driver under the influence was pulled over on Highway 25.

A Wilbur woman said she locked herself out of her car in downtown Davenport.

A Davenport woman asked that someone be trespassed from the golf course in Harrington due to badmouthing her.

A caller said her dog was attacked by two other dogs in Wilbur.

A Grand Coulee man said his wife told him a car pulled up at his field and the driver possibly tried to steal a calf.

A caller said a car was dumped on Addington Road in Edwall.

A caller said someone stole his roofing debris trailer from a store in Sprague.

A caller reported a silver Mitsubishi swerving across lanes and brake checking westbound on Highway 2 from Reardan.

A Harrington woman reported a possible driver under the influence eastbound on Highway 2 at milepost 253.

A caller said she locked her keys in her car on the 200 block of Main Street in Davenport.

June 9

Traffic stops: 4

Okanogan County reported suspicious noises in Lakeview Terrace.

A Sprague man said he lent his car to a man named Jeff to buy groceries in Cheney, and the man hadn’t returned his car.

An Almira woman said her soon-to-be ex-husband violated their no-contact order via text.

A Seven Bays woman said many syringes were dumped in the port-a-potty at Mountain View Cemetery outside Davenport.

A Davenport man said a vehicle had been abandoned on the 200 block of Eighth Street for five months.

A caller reported a blue pickup truck with bad lane travel heading westbound through Reardan.

June 10

Traffic stops: 11

A Davenport man reported a suspicious buyer on Facebook Marketplace concerning a farm trailer he listed.

A caller said his brother was blocking the easement road to his property.

A caller reported animal neglect.

A caller reported a lost dog in Davenport on 14th Street.

A Sprague man said he was riding his tractor when he saw a man stop and reach into at a mailbox before stopping when he saw the tractor.

A credit card was found in the gas pump at Traders in Davenport.

June 11

Traffic stops: 8

A Sprague woman requested fire department response, saying the valve on her husband’s oxygen tank was melting as lights were flashing on and off in the kitchen.

Okanogan County reported a commercial burglary alarm going off at Lake Roosevelt.

A caller reported a 42-year-old man that appeared intoxicated on drugs at the rest area off I-90 near Sprague.

Multiple 911 hangup calls came from an address on the 35500 block of Highway 25 North.

An Odessa man reported a suspicious vehicle heading south on Highway 21.

A Davenport woman said she was told by her neighbor that there was a man with a backpack standing at the end of her driveway leaning against her fence.

A caller said she heard loud voices and someone honking a car horn at her neighbor’s house.

June 12

Traffic stops: 12

A Davenport man reported a motorcycle crash in Mondovi just across the railroad tracks.

A Davenport man said a dog was outside his fence harassing his dog on the 900 block of Fifth Street.

A Reardan man reported a squatter on the property neighboring his on the 35800 block of Highway 231 North.

A Davenport man reported a camper pulled by a truck heading east from the Lincoln County Transfer Station with a long pole sticking off its awning.

A Davenport woman said her dog ran away from her on Cemetery Road in Davenport and ran onto Highway 2, where someone stopped and picked it up.

A caller reported a sedan that had been sitting on the road near his house for over an hour.

A truck and trailer were reported blocking the road at Harker Canyon Road and Highway 25.

A Sprague woman requested help getting a man’s debit card after the man was admitted to the hospital.

A Twisp man reported a driver possibly under the influence westbound on Highway 2 from Davenport to Wilbur.

Dale James Burke, 27, Davenport. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Thoedore M. Codon, 79, Grand Coulee. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree assault, interfering with reporting domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Michael Ray McCraigie, 35, Airway Heights. Kalispel Tribal detainer.

June 8

Rodney Dean Denley, 69, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of second-degree theft.

Stephen Caleb Henderson, 24, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on a county warrant for failure to call.

June 9

Shawn Michael Fugere, 47, Almira. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of violating an order restricting contact.

Conrad Conn Herrera, 45, Portland. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of failure to comply.

Mark Andrew Machtolf, 57, Nine Mile Falls. Arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Ilene Marie Storms, 37, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree malicious mischief.

June 11

Ryan Anthony Steele, 42, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Criminal court-June 9

David Ray Hunter, Wellpinit, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to eight hours of community service and a $750 fine.

Amber Rae Johnson, Okanogan, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-June 7-8

Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, entered a not-guilty plea through his attorney and was directed to be booked and released in Lincoln County Jail. A status hearing was set for June 14, a readiness hearing was set for Aug. 2 and a jury trial was set for Aug. 31.

Ernest Keith Young Jr., who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, fourth-degree assault and interfering with domestic violence reporting, had a no-contact order with his alleged victim amended.

Austin Allen Wilson was convicted of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance by a person serving in a local correctional institution and was sentenced to 25 months in prison concurrent with a sentence he is already serving.
