Maurer, Carol J. passed away on June 14, 2022 after a sudden brief illness at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. She was born Feb. 2, 1940 in Odessa, Wash. to Fred and Esther Becker.

She attended school and graduated from Harrington High School. She later married Donald "Bud" Maurer on July 25, 1959 in Harrington, Wash.

She farmed and ranched with her husband in the Harrington and Davenport area for 37 years before moving to Moses Lake, Wash. with Bud. After her husband passed away she moved to

Moscow, ID, where she resided at the time of her passing.
