Aug. 22

Traffic stops: 7

A Reardan man reported cows loose on Bisson Road between Tramm Road and Highway 2.

An Odessa woman said she was finding doors open when they were supposed to be closed.

A Wilbur woman said she found an arrow on Northeast North Avenue and believed the neighbor overshot a target they had set up.

A caller reported a fingerprint card was stolen.

A Wilbur man reported two semitrucks violating traffic laws.

An animal problem was reported on the 900 block of Merriam Street in Davenport.

A panic alarm was reported going off at Lincoln Hospital.

A Davenport woman said her fiancée came home intoxicated and assaulted her.

Aug. 23

Traffic stops: 3

Two alarms were reported going off at Harrington School.

A caller reported that a boy was assaulted by his aunt on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue in Wilbur.

A Davenport man said his car was stolen from his address on the 27000 block of Bennett Road.

A disabled vehicle with a flat tire was reported.

A Davenport woman said someone was shooting off several rounds near the 32700 block of Rays Place North.

A Davenport man requested a case number for a civil dispute after he was locked out of his house on the 900 block of Adams Street.

A Sprague woman said her ex-husband was posting on Facebook that the inmate that escaped from Lincoln County Jail was at her house on the 100 block of West Third Street.

A Medical Lake man said he saw a man riding a bike with a panting dog running on a leash by him.

A caller said all the items in his car were stolen when he returned to it after wrecking it the day prior.

A Davenport woman accused a man of throwing a cat against the wall and sending pictures of a stoned kitten, but the reports were unfounded.

A vehicle lockout was reported on the corner of 14th Street and Morgan Street in Davenport.

An interior alarm was reported going off at the school district office in Harrington.

Aug. 24

Traffic stops: 10

Multiple people reported a Ford swerving across lanes of traffic at varying speeds.

An erratically driven vehicle was reported eastbound on Highway 2 entering Davenport.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Highway 2 and Old Sunset Highway.

An Edwall woman said another woman possibly stole a wallet.

A caller said their neighbor’s cat was coming into their house and eating their cat food.

A caller said her neighbor was blasting music and shooting guns late at night.

Aug. 25

Traffic stops: 8

Spokane County requested mutual aide for police and fire.

A Sprague man said someone towed and abandoned a vehicle onto his property on the 42600 block of Highway 23 east.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Highway 28 at the Grant County line.

An Odessa man said he saw a man riding a bike with a panting dog running on a leash by him.

A report of heavy natural gas odor was reported in Davenport.

A fender bender was reported in the parking lot of Davenport Family Foods.

A Davenport man reported a box truck fire on Highway 28 at Old Kuch Road.

A Reardan woman said two people were driving by her residence multiple times a day on the 52100 block of Euclid Road East.

A 58-year-old female reported breathing issues in Odessa.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital for an electrocardiogram.

A medical call came in for a 70-year-old man that passed out.

A Davenport man said a man was screaming and yelling at everyone on the 1300 block of Logan Street.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 3.

Aug. 26

Traffic stops: 13

A Davenport man said his cell phone was missing.

Illegal dumping was reported at the Valley Wide administrative building in Reardan.

A caller said a man was harassing her by lying on the ground outside her property on top of a bike while holding a crutch.

A caller reported two loose dogs.

A Wilbur woman said a suspicious woman was walking back and forth in the roadway next to her shop where a lot of boats were kept.

An Odessa man requested a case number for a man with a no-contact order against a woman.

A caller said he was behind a speeding green pickup truck westbound on Highway 2 near Creston.

A caller said two people were fighting outside a vehicle on Haden Road between Creston and Wilbur.

A car vs. deer crash was reported.

A caller said his neighbors were accusing him of “phony charges.”

A 73-year-old man said he couldn’t breathe.

A missing child was reported.

Aug. 27

Traffic stops: 12

An anonymous caller said he could see people outside his house.

A Davenport man said someone parked under a tree at the corner of 13th and Park Streets and left two vicious sounding, barking dogs inside the car.

A Keller woman reported a boat tied in a slip it wasn’t supposed to be in.

A Sprague woman said two people were refusing to pay their dues and were making racist remarks at the Motel and RV Park.

A woman yelling was reported at the Safeway Apartments.

A Davenport man said his neighbor’s cattle were out at the end of Hawk Creek Road.

A caller said two youths were walking on Highway 2 by the transfer station.

A man asked to speak to a deputy regarding a dispute with his wife.

An Odessa man reported a truck and horse trailer with a rear tire blown.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor had two cows on her property.

A man reported a girl climbing up a rock formation as her family yelled at her near Spring Canyon.

A Seven Bays man said he was having issues with his neighbors.

A caller said a 70-year-old man had been on the floor for four hours.

A Davenport woman said people were throwing rocks at cars on Highway 25 just south of Pankey Road.

Aug. 28

Traffic stops: 12

Six loose cows were reported on Hawk Creek Road.

A white Mustang was reported on its side on Telecky Road.

A caller said he saw his landlord drive by his residence to see if he was home, which he thought was a violation of an anti-harassment order.

A Reardan man said he saw smoke looking north toward Tamarack Canyon.

A Wilbur man said a car he passed on Highway 2 began tailgating him closely as he entered Davenport.

A caller said she heard a car crash at the intersection of Main Street and Highway 2 in Almira.

Taylor Loren Throop, 27, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Aug. 23

Harley Lance Burns, 51, Edwall. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree unlawful firearm possession and fourth-degree assault.

Aug. 24

Felicia Ann Sanford, 35, Edwall. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree theft and violating a no-contact order.

Aug. 25

Ernie Lyle Lawson, 46, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of harassment.

Aug. 27

Austin Andrew Anderson, Davenport, third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree attempted child molestation. Sentenced to 180 days in jail and 24 months supervised probation.

Austin Andrew Anderson, Davenport, driving under the influence. Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, a $2,000 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Belen F. Farr, Okanogan, driving under the influence amended to reckless endangerment. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $1,000 fine and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Jarod Tyler Wagner, Reardan, fourth-degree assault. Sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Kylie Kytan, Spirit Lake, reckless driving amended to second-degree negligence. Ordered to pay a $553 fine.

Clinton Anthony Conant, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Jesus A. Castaneda, Grand Coulee, first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Wade Wesley Magers, Wilbur, third-degree rendering criminal assistance. Sentenced to 40 hours of community service and 24 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-Aug. 23

Masonn Hunter Marsh, who is charged with second-degree perjury and making a false statement to a public servant, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 11 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 2.

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, was given additional charges of illegal transfer of certificate of ownership and attempted motor vehicle theft. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, was given additional charges of illegal transfer of certificate of ownership and attempted motor vehicle theft. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16.

Andrew Christopher Nilles, who is charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 4 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 2.

Benjamin R. Billey was convicted of second-degree burglary and sentenced to three months of electronic home monitoring.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm with a previous conviction, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16.

Victor D. Schwartz, who is charged with second-degree burglary and motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Sept. 27 and a jury trial was set for Oct. 19.

Erik Norman Skau, who is charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree malicious mischief, 12 counts of firearm theft, first-degree theft and motor vehicle theft, called ready for trial beginning Sept. 14.

Cody James Magruder, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree possession of stolen property, had bail raised to $100,000 after his escape from custody the day prior. A readiness hearing was set for Oct. 25 and a jury trial was set for Nov. 16.

Harley Lance Burns, who is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and fourth-degree assault, entered a not-guilty plea. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.
