Hansen wins race for Treasurer

DAVENPORT—Emily Lybbert Hansen is well on her way to winning the race for Lincoln County Treasurer.

As of the end of county on general election night, Tuesday, Nov. 8, Hansen had 3,104 votes (71.41%). Her competitor, Brad Sweet, had 1,213 votes (27.9%).

Hansen won the primary election in August with 1,971 votes (66.95%). Sweet had 682 votes (23.17%) in the primary.

Hansen said she was grateful for the support received during her campaign.
