NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is Hereby Given that the

Board of County Commissioners

of Lincoln County has set Monday,

the 21st day of November,

2022, at 11:00 a.m. as the time

and place for a public hearing,

to review community development

and housing needs, inform

citizens of the availability of funds

and eligible uses of the state

Community Development Block

Grant - Coronavirus (CDBGCV)

and receive comments on

proposed activities, particularly

from lower income persons residing

in the cities, towns and

unincorporated areas of Lincoln

County. $66,235 is proposed

to be available annually to the

county to fund public services

that principally benefit low- and

moderate-income persons. Comments

on the county and community

action agency’s past performance

and use of the prior year

CDBG Public Services Grant will

also be received. Comments on

the county and Health District’s

past performance using $55K

Community Development Block

Grant – Coronavirus (CDBG-CV)

funds for health services will also

be received.

The hearing will be held in the

Commissioners’ Chambers on

the lower level at the Lincoln

County Courthouse, 450 Logan

Street, Davenport, Washington.
