Oct. 31

Traffic stops: 14

A caller reported a man yelling something, but the man was a Davenport local looking for his lost dog.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s car and garage were wide open, but the house owners weren’t home, and a suspicious smell was lingering in the area.

Lincoln County Public Works reported an abandoned vehicle on Mt. View Road one mile north of Kunz Road north of Creston.

A Sprague woman said her brother locked the keys inside their mom’s car.

A private investigator came into the Sheriff’s Office to request a welfare check on a Wilbur man.

A Missouri woman requested a welfare check on a local man she hadn’t heard from in four weeks.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate said his phone was stolen.

A caller said her significant other violated his court order.

A Spokane woman reported an erratically driven Lexus on Highway 25 at Miles-Creston Road.

A caller said their game camera caught a vehicle driving on their private road.

A Reardan man complained about youths throwing trash out their car windows on Cottonwood and Laurel Streets.

A Wilbur man reported an injured deer in his driveway on the 300 block of Southwest May Avenue.

Reardan Police received a report of youths vandalizing Halloween decorations.

A caller reported a man walking in the middle of Highway 174 and flipping off cars near milepost 26.

A caller from Lakeview Terrace in Grand Coulee said she saw a deputy in the area and believed he was looking for a disturbance going on in the trailer park.

A failure-to-stop was reported in Reardan.

A jail inmate was transported to Lincoln County from Spokane.

A caller reported a man looking inside several cars in the Safeway parking lot.

A Davenport woman reported a Toyota parked at the Catholic church in Davenport occupied by one man laid back on the seat.

A Davenport man said he and his wife’s computer and phones were corrupted by fraud.

Traffic stops: 8

A Texas woman requested a welfare check on a local man she said has been drinking and falling.

A caller from Serene Meadows in Davenport said a resident woman there passed away.

A caller said the plate was stolen off his boat trailer.

Trespassing from July was reported on the 32500 block of Johns Rocky Way northwest of Davenport.

An Odessa woman said she believed someone came into her home on Fifth Avenue and stole back pain patches.

A Wilbur woman said a house on the 100 block of Northeast Brace Street had a front door open.

A code violation was reported on the 200 block of East Railroad Avenue in Reardan.

An injured deer was reported on Highway 23.

A Creston man reported a car speeding on Highway 21 near Keller.

A disabled vehicle was reported in Wilbur.

A wanted person was reported by the Colville Tribe.

A Creston man said he found his neighbor on the floor deceased on Outlaw Ranch Way.

A Creston woman reported a suspicious car parked at the local substation.

A caller said she was concerned for the welfare of some animals off Orchard Road near Porcupine Bay.

A Davenport man said people were hunting on his property he purchased six months ago and noted the previous owners did allow hunting there.

A caller said a man she knew likely flattened her car tire on purpose.

A caller reported someone walking in the middle of Highway 174.

A car in the ditch was reported.

A Davenport man reported a pickup truck in the ditch on Highway 28 at milepost 123.

Davenport School District staff said a fourth-grade boy ran out of the building.

A non-injury single car crash was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 245.

A disturbance was reported at Safeway Apartments.

A crash was reported in Odessa.

A Pullman woman reported bank fraud.

Adams County reported an altercation at the Four Seasons Campground in Sprague.

A car crash was reported on Highway 2 between Wilbur and Creston.

A Granite Falls said she saw someone on her property on her spy camera.

A deputy said a tree branch fell on his patrol car.

A caller said a young man rang her doorbell and told her there was someone prowling in the area.

A caller said she heard a gunshot.

Traffic stops: 17

A caller reported a powerline rubbing against a tree next to train tracks.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported going off at Buddy Boy Farms in Devil’s Gap.

A caller reported a car crash on Highway 231 at Crescent Road.

An Odessa man requested a welfare check on his daughter, whom he said had missed a lot of school that week.

A car in the ditch was reported on Highway 231 at milepost 38.

A Reardan woman said her neighbor’s fence blew over on Railroad Avenue.

An Edwall man said a car slammed on its brakes coming to a complete stop in Reardan, proceeded on, slammed the brakes again then proceeded again.

A Wilbur man said cars were revving and backfiring while playing loud music on the 500 block of Southeast Columbia Avenue.

A Ford woman said her daughter ran away from home and was picked up by her other daughter.

A caller reported a dog harassing animals inside a pen on Mondovi Road.

A Sprague man said a diesel pickup had been running for 30 minutes on the intersection of B and Washington Streets.

A caller said her mother came into her room, threw her things around and hit her with a shoe.

A caller said someone vandalized his truck that was parked behind Safeway Apartments in Davenport.

Oct. 31

Warren Eugene Athey, 62, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of driving under the influence.

Billy David Eicher, 63, Sandpoint. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

Nov. 1

Joel Terry Bourne, 63, hometown not listed. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of residential burglary.

Jordan Edwards, 23, Bellingham. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Emilio Santa Cruz Aparicio, 35, Quincy. Arrested by LCSO on charges of violating a no-contact order, making a false statement to a public servant and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 3

Amos Mathew Staggs, 28, Nespelem. Arrested by LCSO on charges of possessing another’s identification, second-degree possession of stolen property and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Nov. 4

Michelle Leigh Hopkins, 49, Davenport. Booked by LCSO on a charge of failure to comply.

Criminal docket-Nov. 1

Michelle Leigh Hopkins, who was convicted of first-degree computer trespassing in July, was found to have violated her home electronic monitoring terms and was ordered to serve the remaining 47 days of her sentence in Lincoln County Jail beginning Friday, Nov. 4.

Casey Christopher Lattanzi, who is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree theft, second-degree assault and motor vehicle theft, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $30,000. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 6 and a jury trial was set for Dec. 28.
