Nov. 28

Traffic stops: 3

A caller said a black Hummer swerved into his lane and made him drive onto the shoulder of Highway 2 to avoid an accident heading into Creston.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dogs were loose and running around her house.

A caller said someone asked him for gas money at Railroad and B Streets in Creston.

A caller from Lincoln Hospital said two patients needed mental health assistance.

Nov. 29

Traffic stops: 8

A lost animal was reported.

A caller reported a man parked in the middle of the road who said he was texting.

A Wilbur woman said she received a letter from WSECU thanking her for opening a new account, which she hadn’t done.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln Hospital for a chest X-Ray.

A CPS referral was made at the school in Reardan.

A caller said his dogs were being attacked by other dogs.

A disabled pickup truck pulling a trailer was reported.

Traffic stops: 7

Divine’s Towing said they were assisting a semitruck and trailer stuck on the grade on Highway 174 at milepost 29.

A Wilbur man said he got stuck in a snow drift while driving Anne Street.

A vehicle in a ditch that hit a power pole was reported.

A caller reported a sedan covered in snow at the bottom of his driveway.

Traffic stops: 2

An expected death of a 38-year-old man was reported.

A caller requested a welfare check on a woman chanting in her apartment.

A car stuck in a snowbank was reported.

A Wilbur woman requested a welfare check on a man she said could be in a garage with a car running.

An abandoned vehicle blocking snow removal attempts was reported on Park Street in Davenport.

A caller said she got a threatening phone call.

Staff from Davenport High School requested deputy assistance after discovering a bag of white rocks and powder.

A vehicle lockout was reported on the 500 block of First Street in Davenport.

Stevens County transferred a 911 call from someone reporting a rollover car crash on Long Lake Road north of Reardan.

A caller requested a suspicious vehicle with its hazards flashing on Sherman Road near Gollehon Road.

A man said a pickup truck he just purchased broke down while driving it home from Spokane on Highway 2 near Janett Road.

Al’s Locksmith requested a welfare check on a woman in Hawk Creek after saying he couldn’t get up the driveway of this woman who requested lost key assistance.

A citizen said he had an issue with an easement road and a neighbor trespassing on his property.

A caller reported a person operating a drone next to the airport in Davenport.

A Sprague man reported a suspicious truck parked on Ringwood Road between Schirr and Laney Roads.

A vehicle lockout was reported in Reardan.

An open air 911 call came from Highway 2 on milepost 255 featuring a woman yelling at a man to “get back in the truck.”

A caller said his stepdaughters were in his house and he wanted them removed.

A Grand Coulee woman said she could hear someone walking by her house on the 44900 block of Highway 174.

An Odessa woman said she believed the local FedEx delivery driver was stealing half the packages delivered to a property on the 12500 block of Duck Lake Road.

A Reardan woman said someone picked the lock of her son’s storage unit and stole an item.

A Wilbur woman filed a complaint against a man on the 300 block of Southwest May Avenue.

A Sprague man reported a group of Russian people walking around Fourth of July Lake shooting into the air.

A caller said he confronted a person who was driving quickly past his house.

A Davenport man reported a car parked in a disabled spot at Davenport High School.

A Davenport man said someone parked a Mazda in front of his garage.

A Sprague man said a Honda played chicken with him and almost ran into him on Highway 23.

A caller said her daughter left a vehicle at her house and was booked in jail in Seattle.

Ferry County said they got an Apple Watch notice that someone took a hard fall on the 40100 block of Martin Canyon Road northeast of Wilbur.

A caller reported a man hitchhiking westbound on Highway 2.

Nov. 29

Noe Vega Campos, 34, Yakima. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 1

Jorge Reyes Morales, 30, Spokane Valley. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence, first-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

Criminal court-Dec. 1

Ernest Keith Young Jr., Reardan, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 90 days in jail concurrent to another sentence in Superior Court.

Warren Eugene Athey, Davenport, reckless driving. Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $1,000 fine and 24 months supervised probation.

Summer Kaye Waters, Wilbur, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 60 days of electronic home monitoring.

Jorge Reyes Morales Jr., Spokane, driving under the influence, first-degree driving with a suspended license and third-degree operating a vehicle without a license (dismissed). Sentenced to 180 days in jail concurrent with another sentence, a $2,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Paul Brian Hillman, Yakima, two counts of fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and interference with reporting domestic violence. Sentenced to eight days in jail, a $1,000 fine and 24 months supervised probation.

Adam Eugene Doty, Reardan, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service, six months supervised probation and six months unsupervised probation.

Kazybek Moldash, California, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving. Sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, a $1,000 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Ethan Robert Mellick, Davenport, two counts of fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Sentenced to 45 days of electronic home monitoring.

Daveon Russana Froyze, Mississippi, driving with a suspended CDL license. Case dismissed.

Bradley V. Norred, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to four days in jail, 32 hours of community service, a $150 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Billy Jack Bragg, Harrington, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail and a $650 fine.

Stephanie E. Vallejo, Moses Lake, second-degree criminal trespassing. Case dismissed.

Tim Garland Kendall, Lind, operating a vehicle without a valid title and driving with suspended vehicle registration. Case dismissed.

Jamie Brian Burris, Spokane, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence. Ordered to pay a $4,600 fine.

Josephine Rose Covey, Davenport, trip permit violation. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service and three months supervised probation.

Floyd Marshal Gendron, Spokane, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours of community service, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-Nov. 29

Todd Edwin Miller, who is charged with second-degree taking a vehicle without permission, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $10,000. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Gary D. Hutt, who is charged with first-degree identity theft and five counts of second-degree theft, failed to appear for an arraignment. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $5,000.

Lexus Joy Zarbok, who is charged with first-degree identity theft and five counts of second-degree theft, failed to appear for an arraignment. A warrant was issued for her arrest with bail set at $5,000.

Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, residential burglary, motor vehicle theft and two counts of second-degree theft, entered a not-guilty plea. Bail was set at $5,000. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.
